How automation is impacting workplaces

Automation capabilities are becoming more advanced and the impact of automation on human work is diversifying. The evolution and adoption of automation can be both exciting and daunting.

To date automation has predominantly been used to enable humans to do more meaningful work by introducing technology solutions that can complete mundane tasks that don't demand human creativity.

Consider chatbots - traditionally it was always a human on the 'other end' of a live chat for services support, now in many cases chatbot solutions replace the human.

During this segment of The Reboot Show, Sally A Illingworth hosts Amy Smith and Luke Stow to discuss how automation is impacting the workplace.
